This integration is designed to give your team full knowledge about the billing related to contact without leaving Hubspot. We built this initially for our own support team and found it incredibly useful. We hope it saves your support team as much time as it did ours.
Once you click the button, you'll be asked which of your Hubspot accounts you want to connect to. Select the account you want, and you'll be redirected back to the Integrations page. To verify it's working, go to Hubspot and view any contact that has a customer in Stripe with the same email.
Whenever you open a contact inside of Hubspot, we do a several API calls on your behalf to see if Stripe has any customers under that email. If we find one or more customers, we display them to you inside of Hubspot.
For the automated email search, it's free. We plan on adding some more features that require us to do some much more complicated syncing that will have a cost. For example, connecting Stripe events to the timeline of a contact, adding data into custom fields inside a contact for email list segmentation, providing credit card update links for any contact you're currently viewing.
We filtered down the data that our team cares about but we can very easily add more. Just send our support team a quick chat or email and we should be able to add it for you.
Yes! We follow Hubspot and Stripes best practices for doing this integration. We also are Verified Stripe Partners and PCI Compliant which has high security requirements.
Setting the integration up literally takes one click for existing customers. Go to and click the "Connect to Hubspot" button.
If you're a new User with InstaPayments, setting this up is still super simple. We made a special signup process for customers only interested in the Hubspot Integration.
